Warnings

At PHP-Fusion Mods UK depending on the severity of the infraction members generally get 3 chances, after that a perma ban will be imposed. The managements teams decision is final.

Here we work on a 3 Warnings basis where a written warning will be sent via Private Message and the warning may be displayed to the offending user and the admins in the offending users profile. Depending on the severity of the infraction, Probationary Periods or Good Behavior Periods may be set upon offending accounts when issued with a warning. This means if an offending user violates the Code Of Conduct again during the Probationary Period ends will lead to a suspension or ban. If a Warning Probation Period is issued with a warning it will show that in the Warning Private Message and on the offending users profile. When a Warning Probation Period End Date is reached the warning is removed from the database giving the user a clean slate.

1st rule break (Minor offense) :
A First Official Written Warning will be sent via Private Message and the warning may be displayed to the offending user and the admins in the offending users profile. Depending on the severity of the infraction will determine what action may be taken by the site admins. If a probationary (Good Behavior) period is set upon the offending account will also depend on the severity of the infraction and the admins judgement.

For a more serious offense, a warning will be issued at a higher level and action taken will most likely be a suspension or ban on the offending account.

2nd rule break.
A Second Official Written Warning will be sent via Private Message and the warning may be displayed to the offending user and the admins in the offending users profile. Depending on the severity of the infraction will determine what action may be taken by the site admins. If a probationary (Good Behavior) period is set upon the offending account will also depend on the severity of the infraction and the admins judgement.

For a more serious offense, a warning will be issued at the highest level (Final Warning) and action taken will most likely be a suspension or ban on the offending account.

3rd rule break
A Final Official Written Warning will be sent via Private Message and the warning may be displayed to the offending user and the admins in the offending users profile. Depending on the severity of the infraction will determine what action may be taken by the site admins. If a probationary (Good Behavior) period is set upon the offending account will also depend on the severity of the infraction and the admins judgement.

For a more serious offense action taking will most likely be a suspension or ban on the offending account.

Further Infractions After Final Warning :
Any more infractions after a Final Warning is issued will be assumed the offending user will not learn a lesson, so the user will receive a permanent ban.

Admins & Moderators

Admins & Moderators help ensure that the Code Of Conduct rules are followed, as well as keeping the forums in order. Moderators have the authority (and power) to edit or delete any post, signature, thread, or profile fields should they be objectionable, or violate one or more rules.

If you have a question about a rule, post, or need help with something on PHP-Fusion Mods UK, contact a Admin or Moderator. Both Admins & Moderators are able to provide assistance should a thread need to be moved or edited. Moderators are chosen at the discretion of the site management team. Being appointed as a moderator is not a position that can be applied for. In other words, do not ask to become a moderator. If a Manager wishes for you to be a moderator, they will contact you.
